About Me
My name is Carrie Soave, and I am the founder of Future Federal Leaders. Before entering the private sector as an ECQ Consultant, I spent eleven years in the federal government, including nine years focusing on management and oversight of policies and programs affecting the highest career leaders in government. I am a subject matter expert in Executive Core Qualification (ECQ) writing, and I am excited to share my knowledge and advice with rising leaders in the federal government.
Our Solution
Having worked with numerous employees on their ECQs, I know firsthand how daunting QRB certification can be. Even highly qualified leaders struggle to demonstrate their competencies and narrate their leadership experience in the ten-page format. While ECQ writing and QRB process resources are available online, they're either too general, like OPM's Guide to Senior Executive Service Qualifications, or very expensive, like most contractor services. This model doesn't serve today's rising leaders who want more than basic ECQ knowledge but aren't ready for contractor services.
